Browse businesses on the Order page, select items from their menu, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can track your order status in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by business and location. Estimated delivery time is shown during checkout. Most orders are delivered within 30-60 minutes.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After that, please contact the business directly through the order details page.
How do I register my business?
Click on "Register Business" in the footer or header, fill out the registration form with your business details, and our team will review and activate your account within 24-48 hours.
What are the fees for businesses?
We charge a small commission per order. There are no monthly fees or setup costs. Contact us for detailed pricing information.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation with a tracking link. You can also view order status in your Order History page if you're logged in.
What if I have an issue with my order?
