What is Livvent?

Livvent builds and manages your fully branded online ordering system on your own domain — no dev cost, only pay per order plus a subscription fee based on your chosen plan. We also offer a standalone POS system for in-store operations. Both services work independently or together.

How do I get started?

Click "Register" on our homepage, fill out your business details, choose a plan, and submit. Your account is activated instantly. We then configure your ordering system — you review and approve before going live.

Both services are fully standalone. Sign up for just Online Ordering, just POS, or both. No bundling required — choose exactly what your business needs.

How is pricing structured?

Each plan has a subscription fee (weekly, monthly, or annual) plus a commission rate per order. The higher the plan, the lower the commission. A one-time setup fee of 295 SAR applies (where applicable on eligible plans). All prices are subject to 15% VAT. Visit our pricing page for current rates in your country.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, a one-time setup fee of 295 SAR applies on eligible plans. This fee is non-refundable once the setup process has begun. The setup fee is billed at the start of your service.

Can I cancel anytime?

You may cancel by providing 30 days' written notice via email. Cancellation stops all future billing after the notice period. You remain responsible for any outstanding balances during the notice period. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.

Yes. Technical support is included with every plan. Our team responds within 24 business hours via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Critical issues are resolved within 48 hours. You also receive initial onboarding training via Zoom and monthly service coaching sessions. Reach us at support@livvent.com.

When do I receive my payouts?

We settle payouts weekly — every Friday for all orders processed from the prior week (Monday through Sunday). Payments are transferred directly to your registered bank account, minus commissions, payment processing fees, and any refunds.

Is social media management included?

Yes. Social media management is included at no additional cost. We create and post a minimum of 10 posts per month across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — including menu highlights, promotions, customer testimonials, and restaurant updates. We also manage community engagement and respond to customer comments and DMs within 24 business hours.
